So unknown that she has a very good website and an album out already.

With the best, thats a good bit of PR, though I would say the Bedford team, theres, like, you know, 13 blokes who can get together at the weekend to have a game together, which doesnt point to expansion of the game. Point, yeah go on!

So unknown that she has a very good website and an album out already.

I just spotted that on iTunes. Her 'Tea and Toast' song is actually very good!! However, it doesn't mean she isn't an unknown. The release could have been through an 'indepedent' and many people have their own websites.

She has done lots of smaller festivals, plus toured in USA I think. Not saying she's not unknown, just that the 'plucked from nowhere' bit is getting a bit grating. She's not the only one, 'chimney sweep' lad said he had played every tiny venue and toilet but not got a break, V fest, reading etc are not tiny venues (even on small stage, it's hardly not having a break).

They have always mixed borderline acts (i.e. minor labels, etc) with real unknowns I suppose, I'm just being grumpy!
