This was the team that were favourites to win the 2012 Premiership - before the season started.

I think I'm right in saying that they were made favourites for the 2012 Premiership on the back of the signing of Adam Blair.

While Adam Blair was seen as a strengthener to the squad , it is full of good players already...
Ayshford, Ellis, Fulton, Galloway, Heighington, Moltzen, Ryan - before even mentioning Farah and Marshall

The two I think have had belting season are seasoned Matt Utai and newblood Aaron Woods.
Maybe their problem has been too much flair and not enough system and steel.

There are clear parallels to be drawn between the two:
Both men have teams peppered with top class players, both have been in charge of teams that have underperformed coming up regularly against oppositions that are better organised and have better tactics.
