There should be an Aotearoa/New Zealand Rugby League Forum, not only Australia.

I think there's a sub heading somewhere that describes this as a forum for discussing Australasian Rugby League matters. I realise that won't satisfy the point you are making.
I'm guessing there'd have to be a fair number of people sharing your view to make it viable to start a separate forum.
You've made your point here and I'm sure the forum administrators will pick up on it.
However in the meantime you are very welcome to post such matters here.

Does the NRL include teams from Aotearoa/New Zealand?

The New Zealand Warriors based in Auckland play in the NRL. Last year they got all the way to the Grand Final where they lost to Manly.
There are many Kiwis and non aussie players in the NRL

So, I think that the name "National Rugby League" is inappropriate. It should be "Super Rugby League of Oceania" or so.
