to our R26 tipping competition
Everyone reading this is welcome to enter.

There's eight games this week in this the last of the regular NRL rounds of the 2012 season
Tempus fugit!
This tipping competition will continue right through up to and including the Grand Final

Entries are allowed each week up until the kick off of the first game in the round
The first game this round is on Friday 31st August

ROUND 26 QUESTIONS:
*Poll Competition:
Which Round 26 game will produce the smallest margin of victory?
- enter in the poll itself at the top and put your answer in your posting.

Now for the main event of the week:
*Match Tipping Competition:
Name the 8 (that's EIGHT) winning teams in NRL Round 26 2012
*Points Competition
How many points will be scored by all the teams added together in R26?
This is a competition in itself and will act as a tie breaker for the match tipping comp if necessary. This is used as the decider when necessary so do give it a go.
*Away Win Competition:
How many AWAY wins will there be in NRL R26?

In rounds where the game is on the road and played at a neutral venue, the team named first in the fixture will be regarded as the home team for the purposes of this competition.

Animated awards will be given for the winner(s) of each competition question.
Match tipping scores are added together to produce the Tipsters' Ladder which is pinned to the top of the forum topic list page.

There was one clear winner this week. Our top tipster finishing off the regular rounds with a full house score of 8/8 was Simon Kerr - magnificent!:

Points Total: There were 338 points scored this round, just a few points down last week. The winner was R L Winger(-1)
The Away Win comp had two winner this week - both Barney and Simon Kerr correctly predicted there'd be 6 of them.
Our Poll Comp had an outright winner choosing the smallest margin of victory this week: Simon Kerr (Broncos v Panthers - 7 points)

Animated awards will be presented to this week's winners as soon as I've been able to create them.

Round 26 Tipping Competition Awards

Our strike rate as a team this week was 51/64 tips correct which is 80% - a pretty impressive performance!
As ladder leaders at the end of the 2012 NRL regular season, Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs are Minor Premiers.
Congratulations to them and their fans.
Well done to Simon who currently leads our tipsters ladder as we enter the Finals Series.
The 100% award has only been presented rarely in the 2012 season so it's a great achievement to win one.

Cheers RF, BR and GLD, although during the half time break at Mount Smart I was cursing my decision to back against my team. Full time was a different story though!
