Sounds good for them.
Hope they manage their affairs and new found wealth better than previously. I don't know their ownership status.
I presume the development land is theirs? If so do they keep any future rights to it once it has houses and shops are on it or has it been sold off completely as part of the deal?
Will they own the football ground or will they be preferred tenants or similar?
