Well done Gateshead and congratulations to all their fans who are real fans. They put up with being the brunt of every joke each and every season so when they get their 15 minutes of fame they will enjoy it all the more!!!

Well done Gateshead. Thank God it was'nt us,We handed Donny their first win in 2 years at the Athletic Grounds.

Don't remind me Mick. I was there!
However we did have some unexpected wins as well. I remember Wigan away in 1959-60 I think when we won 18-8. Shock results like that won't happen again as the gulf between super league and the rest is massive. I think the game is poorer for it.

Lets hope it has given them confidence for Sunday against our nearest and dearest. Heard that Chris Hamilton is delighted that the last game of the season is away, it will give him a chance to lift his last crop of potatoes from the pitch at Whitebank LOL
