Well here we are at the back end of the season and what a season it has been. The championship 1 league has been a great advert for promotion / relegation. I have not been this excited about a game since the 2009 grand final.

When I look at the super league and championship league I think to myself thank god we are competing in championship 1 where we have competitive games outside the grand final.

I'm going to get up Sunday, pay my £12 and watch one the greatest ends to a season unfold. Rugby league just doesn't get better than this.

There may be many twists to come regarding promotion and relegation.
The RFL have some very hard decisions to make with regards to which teams stay and which teams move. Northampton dropping out of CC1 and the problems with which league to slot Bradford in will take a while longer . IMO I don't think any club could guarantee were they will fit in for the 2013 season.

Lets put our trust in those that have made the applications for promotion and those decision makers at the RFL

IMO it is too late to change the goal posts now with teams gearing up for Championship rugby. Budgets will be set, players signed and sponsorship sold on the idea of the team playing in theChampionship.

As for Bradford there is only one league they can morally slot into...Championship 1.......
