Very good question seeing as some Regional Leagues never asked the clubs to vote if they should agree to it or sign it, or indeed even informed the clubs that they had signed it on their behalves!

In that case wouldn't the MOU be void and I can't see how the RFL could hold an amateur club to any agreement anyway, all you need to do is collapse the club/league and start again in a different name.
Carlsberg don't do Soldiers, but if they did, they would probably be Brits.<div align='center'></div>

Yes, clubs are aware of several things , some of which are yet to emerge into the open.

The delegate vote for new entrants isn't until the 17th, so there's a couple of weeks to mull over the new candidates

Are you not convinced by the quality of some of the new teams then?

exactly, if it hasn't already.

Marauder you seem to have a very low opinion regarding the NCL and the way it is run.

The NCL will not sell out to the RFL, and will only pass and change the criterea if it suits them.

I wish you would come on this forum and say exactly what is your problem with the NCL.

Not sure if I could name names for legal reasons but take a look who has control of the NCL committee, take a look where these people live, take a look on how many are on the RFL books (Please tell me they have no influence) and there only seems to be a few Yorkshire clubs who seem to be happy, I wonder why B)

With regard as to who controlls the committee; the answer is quite simple, The Memeber Clubs.

As to the 5 main committee members 2 are from NWC 1 from Cumbria and 2 from Yorkshire.

The 2 RFL representatives, they dont have a vote, so i cant see where your comeing from regarding your comments.
And prey tell who on the committee is on the RFL books.

Your telling me that the two plus competiton manager (All RFL and RLC) don't have an influence, DON'T FORGET I HAD A FEW YEARS with the RLC and saw first hand how BARLA was being talked down at every opportunity, I'll hold my hands up and say I bought into it at first then the alarm bells started ringing when I noticed that the RFL never gave the same support to all of the community game.

If you take a look at the comments of a certain few on here you can only make one assumption on where they go to bed and strangly they don't seem to be many Yorkshiremen and the ones who are come from a certain area.

I too have many years experience as a member club chairman, as well as a club rep, and nobody on the NCL committee has any influence regarding any decissions that are made to changes, as all are voted on by the clubs delegates
There are two yorkshire committee members from different areas as previously stated( 2 out of 5 aint bad).
Believe me if the RFL put proposals that the delegates disagree with it wont get passed.

As for BARLA i could never understand why they never sent a representative to the NCL meetings when asked to do so.

Memorandum of Understanding.
With the best, thats a good bit of PR, though I would say the Bedford team, theres, like, you know, 13 blokes who can get together at the weekend to have a game together, which doesnt point to expansion of the game. Point, yeah go on!

Very proud, she started boxing just over 4 years ago but stopped to have a baby, during this period her boxing coach died and the gym closed, she then joined a local gym that did MMA with her husband.

When her Husband went to Afghanistan last year she threw herself into Kick-Boxing and soon started to be noticed, She fought and won the British Title (one of them) earlier this year.
