Sky Bet have Town as Favorites for the Grand Final.

Town 13/8
Donny 7/4
Barrow 5/2
Haven 8/1
Oldham 28/1

Can we go away to Donny or Barrow and win and then beat 1 of them in the final? I have no doubt that we can beat Oldham and Rochdale/Whaven at home...

Up the Town!! Lets join the Mont at Warrington!

Whatever we may think we're capable of , I find those odds very very strange. 13/8 is way to skinny when you see our route. Donny should be favourites on the book on form as well as on home comforts (twice if needed) ,then Barra purely because home advantage is so crucial at our level , and they both have one game less , and the winner of they're game two less . I wonder what they're thinking is?

ooohh, maybe its because of odd betting patterns. Perhaps Charlo went into a bookies in whitehaven and put a fiver on Town to win it.....

I honestly think it will be a town Vs barrow final. I see barrow beating donny next week, and as long as we stay injury free then well turn up and beat them. Donny have a lot less to play for than anyone else. There champions in 99% of peoples eyes(the 1% being the idiots who run the game) and also have the big prize money is already banked and ready to spend next year. Town and barrow have a big point to prove, as most opposition coaches have said there the best 2 teams in the league but have nothing to show for it.

bookies are nt stupid ( well apart from last wednesday) town cocked up twice in ten days if they had nt we would of finished top , and bookies will know town be hurting and want to make amends.

Seriously Workington, or Barrow should have won the league, If you look at the top four playing each other, Barrow and Workington only lost two, Doncaster three, and Whitehaven five. Against the bottom six Doncaster lost none, Whitehaven one, barrow two, workington three, this is where it was lost.

Can't argue with that . Donny lost away to all the top 4 ( looking very average )but they won all the games they were meant to .. They're no world beaters but had no banana skins at all.. It was a big missed opportunity.I say again I wouldn't fear playing them.
