Thanks Lee, I was going to say Good luck to Barrow as well but as I want another shot at Barrow at your place then you will have to lose this weekend, if you see what I mean!!! But anyhow Good Luck (without winning, ha ha )
I remember when .............................
"It is impossible not to feel a twinge of sympathy for Workington Town, the fall guys this season for the Super League's determination to retain it's European dimesion, in the shape of Paris. While the French have had every assistance to survive, the importance of having a flagship in a heartland area like West Cumbria has been conveniently forgotten." - Dave hadfield - Independent 25th Augsut 1996.

I was working with another guy from Barrow when the county changes were taking place in the 70's.
I said to him " what do you think then Gerry, Barrows in Cumbria now"
"yes" he said " I'll never go back again"
"why not" I asked
" too bloody cold in Cumberland"
