Needs to spend time at a CC1 club or even in the amateur game, not going to get the oppurtunity here and if we want to be a serious team in this league we cant be carrying players of his quality. No doubt has the potential but a lot of work needs doing.

If i was Thornton i would retain Aldus , Lee,King, Haynes Sully, Ford, and big Jack and out of them only Aldus and Lee made any impression for me the rest not up to the task of championship rugby.

Id keep Elliot, he always put 100% effort in.

Don't think Jack Stearman will ever be fit enough at this level , had 20 mins against Fev & was blowin out of his ###### , think fitness has &always will be a problem for him which is a shame as he has a lot of potential

So why keep em then? And one of them mentioned has been with the the squad for 3 seasons, still no fitter and still falls off tackles so why should he be kept??? 5 mins work in an 80 minute game is no good to anybody.......regardless!!!!

Agree re Stearman, unfortunate but ability and fitness needs to be in equal amounts and almost three years with little game time says it all, think the other names mentioned could deliver in an improved team, doubts over Haynes as his injury has kept him out too long and even he says 6mts before he plays any rugby, will need to get match fit so pushing it close.

6 months from now is March, hardly anytime left in the season after that.
