Rugby League must be a great game to survive the fools at the RFL who run it.

We should still have enough quality out there today with the return of matty, carter and miller, and petersen should be back up next week as a proven super league player to make it 5 out of 5 against the jam.

Is he definately back for Sunday? I know Brett plays superbly at 6 but he just seems so much more dangerous at FB, ( I wonder whether Oggy & Charlo see him in the halves next year if he signs back on? ) he'd def offer summat at SO. For Sunday I'd prefer Miller back on the wing which will mean Brett back at FB and Dave P at SO. Hopefully no injuries apart from Matty carried over from Oldham.
The race is not always to the swift nor the battle to the strong, but thats the way to bet!

I agree with that team voodoo. Bretts the best fullback and miller easily the best winger in this league so ideally you want them where there strongest. Would definitely stick with gus over calderwood, no brainer really.

Watching the vid Calderwood again was in space so many times but never got a pass . Patrick cutting in , Olstrum not seeing him free , Forber to etc etc..We've seen this to often , we have an international winger and he's starved of service. Get him some ball and quick service , and get back to the angled kicks for him to chase , and see what he delivers . For me we don't get him into the game enough so he comes looking for it in frustration . He's not solid defensively but he needs more chances to make amends in attack which he ain't getting . I think he can deliver off quick passing and kicking to him , I'd stick with him.

Not solid in defence? Understatement of the year

No Argument pal ! I'd just like him to get more chance to show why we brought him in , which was as an offensive weapon. His weaknesses are magnified because hes not getting many chances on that side of the pitch to show his strengths. But yes , he does need to clue up back there.

Thing is if haven have done there homework they will just bomb him all game. Rooneys kicking is top quality and should easily be able to target him.

I'm not sure if Dave p is available, couple of comments on twitter would indicate he's off on hols. Not sure if it's him or his mates.

Will be the same again as far as the team is concerned then, with either cotter or mcavoy on the bench instead of matty

Dear me .Thats a blow ..I'd go Mcavoy then for his versatility . He can fill in anywhere and play long minutes if needed
