It'd definitely be in the local residents' interests then to fully support any future redevelopment of this site - maybe a sports stadium of some sort? This would prevent it becoming a well used site for "travellers" in the future. ;)

They have been regular visitors to the Agecroft area ever since HMP Forest Bank was built.Apparently when one of their boys is due for release they come to welcome him back to civilisation.

Important to design things such that facilities on the site get used most days, especially if this has become "established custom and practice".
Rugby League - great game, shame about the administration.

Eh? Sorry, that last bit doesn't make sense. Gypos, Civilisation? They are probably better off inside

Went past the site yesterday - there was no sign of any temporary residents.

I think if the Gypo's wanted to buid a caravan park similar to the one at Dale Farm, it would happen quicker than a proposed "New Stadium", even with Pikey Salford Councils backing
