Town could be missing a full 17 and it would make no difference to Cox. If Haven were missing 1 player and got beat that would be the main reason. Bell and end.

He is simply and utterly a disgrace to sports broadcasting, he hasn't a clue whats going on and talks over the more professional co-commentator. Should be put out to pasture the silly old duffer. After Miller went off Town must have been missing about half of the first 13.

Well done on a 5 STAR performance

We battered em ... Physically battered em . That's the defence were talking about . And we did it legally while their discipline was shocking . Annakin unbelievable performance . 70 minutes of power packed running and massive defence. And Morris , boy he ran hard and smashed up JJP and Doran over there. He needs to keep his fingers crossed though that dump tackle didn't look good .

They are dross . How many more examples do their fans want of how utterly rubbish they are....Oh ten minutes in the car with Coxy ' Conditions appalling , good job there's no more rugby on this pitch , Town will go to Doncaster with er some hope but they're hard to beat there , and rugby is tough we don't wanna see players wearing NFL style padding .., blah blah ' . Nowt about the deficiencies and dirtiness of his mob .

Town's defence won us the game today and that is what we got used to at the start of the season. Doran wants to stick to sharpening his knife for the next coach rather than try to referee games. He was never more than two metres away from Hicks bending his ear. JJP has to be the biggest waste of money ever by a Cumbrian club. Has he ever broke a tackle, cos' he certainly hasn't against us!!!! Young Morris had him his pocket all the game and Karl Olstrum had one h**l of a game along with Annikin.
I remember when .............................

"It is impossible not to feel a twinge of sympathy for Workington Town, the fall guys this season for the Super League's determination to retain it's European dimesion, in the shape of Paris. While the French have had every assistance to survive, the importance of having a flagship in a heartland area like West Cumbria has been conveniently forgotten." - Dave hadfield - Independent 25th Augsut 1996.

I loved Karl winding them up as they lost it ..... Great Stuff. Thacks again shows he's a big game player as he burst back to top form after a couple of games being just good !!

Worst one for me was Varks ( I think it was him) looking down then standing on our player on the floor. If he hadnt looked down to where he was standing he could argue it was accidental but as it was it was just dirty. But it's a tough game and we play next week while their season is over - Shame eh!
Doran was probably their best player and he was a mile behind every forward we had. But he never shut his trap all game, I bet the ref was sick of him.
JJP is probably the most over rated player I've set eyes on. Surely the Haven fans cant be happy about the amount of money invested in him for the return they have had. I thought they had a monster but they have ended up with the cowardly lion.
The race is not always to the swift nor the battle to the strong, but thats the way to bet!

Im pleased someone else seen that as it was a utterly cowardly thing to do, by a professional rugby league who is and a disgrace to rugby league, hopefully some one can show the video to the RL and the coward can be belt with.

The problem isn't so much Cox as we all know what he is like and what he will say. The problem is the clowns at Radio Cumbria in Carlisle who think he is an expert on rugby league, especially in west Cumbria, when in fact he is not.
