I''ll take the club off his hands if he gives me £300k. That would just about make it solventMake him an offer to take the club out of his hands then
and we could start from scatch like he did.

Whitebanks pitch dimensions do nothing in terms of open rugby, and the length of the pitch is also a major issue for playing RL on, especially for a pro side. It would work wonders for Reserve and Academy games coupled with a smaller social club to bring in some extra revenue on game days, and as a venue for private events etc. A gym could be easily accomodated, the stadium made neater, and if fairness, a better deal for the local community.

AS for CH asking for people to to come in with him is fine but how many have done that in the past being a director alongside of him who
left for whatever reason.

For me, Whitebank should be developed as a training venue for OAFC (full time)during the day, and ORLFC (part time) in the evenings. In addition, the ground would be used for all Reserve and junior fixtuires for both clubs, whilst leaving BP for both the first team activities.

Totally agree. So can we broker an agreement between CH, Simon Corney and Jim McMahon? Might save an awful lot of money being wasted on projects that will never come to fruition.

Completely agree Oldhamer - a balanced and well considered view.
