Brings back many memories of yesteryear not just ORLFC but RL and sport in general. Some very good pieces, photographs and not a bad cafe as well.
One for all and all for the one

i popped in on a flying visit back to the parents and i was very impressed by the amount on display
Because i only got into rugby league a few years ago it all seems like another world to myself as ive only ever watched Oldham at random home venues or Whitebank,

Went with my lad today. Strange looking at the pictures of the 'Sheddings' again. The Hutchins stand seems to be the iconic image. Although the painting 'in the rain' I think was from outside the ground at the score board corner brought back many memories of trooping down the alley at the back of Herbert St which we nicknamed Dog sh%t Alley, for obvious reasons. Also was interesting to find out that the Roughyeds played at Boundary Park before Latics. And that GB played in red and white hoops with blue shorts in the Rorkes Drift Test. Also good to see the other sporting icons from Oldham. Recommend it.
