The kid from about 5 or 6 years ago from the York area ( i think Heworth ) had a good kicking game and could spot a gap with a great show and go, didnt he have problems with his work shift patterns and drift back to the amatuer game?Now, him and Grimmer at half back would be tasty...i wonder if hes still around?

confirming more or less whats been said before-- got a few injuries and his work pattern prevented him training. -- went back to York Acorn.

Nope, he played in the centers or half back. Started out at New Earswick All Blacks

Was an awesome centre but always looked overwhelmed at 6. Out of any of the players we had when we were a bottom 2 NL2 side Ben would probably be the only one I would say could maybe compete at this level.
