Wonder if Tangi would of got in if he hadn't been sidelined for so long.
The weak conform, the strong survive.

Good to see Sam in there. Thought he had a few matches around the Cas game where he wasn't firing on all cylinders but overall a very good season

Congratulations to all players, especially the Fev boys. Pity the whole squad can't get a award.

I really don't understand why we have these and Man Of Steel awards before the Grand Finals.
The season is not over .
They keep banging on about the League winners not being as important as the magnificent Grand Final winners so how can the idiots give out the players of the season before it even kicks off ?
Does anyone else think this is another stupid decision by the men in charge ?

Are We Human, Or Are We Rovers. Our time For Winning Is Here And Now, So Be Loud N Proud, Lets Hear You Singing, Are We Human, Or Are Rovers. They Play With Style And Virtue, Put Their Bodys On The Line, Always Battling For The Victory, They Always Did The Best They Could, Sing Out For Fev Rovers, Blue N White Is All We Know. Stand Up Proud. Swell Your Heart. You Gotta Let Them Know, Are We Human, No We Are Rovers

The league season is done though and that is what Man of Steel is about
Not necessarily everyone nominated or the winner may end up featuring in a grand final or major final or earning major honours so for them, the season is well and truly over
As the league season is over and its still fresh in peoples minds and before everyone begins talk of 'what happened in the grand final' or a major final or a certain individuals performance in a final (if someone stands out) it is an opportunity to recognise an individuals effort whos season may already be over and done with
I cant think of a better time to have an awards night than prior to a major sporting final - it happens in most sports like this anyway

Good to see Q at the top of the list.
Personally, I thought Martin Ridyard should've been in there.
