Best wishes to Egremont when they take on Leigh Miners Rangers at Warrington on Sunday, kick-off 11.30am in the Conference Challenge Cup Final. Just sorry that the Town fans wont be there to support you but good luck on the day.
I remember when .............................
"It is impossible not to feel a twinge of sympathy for Workington Town, the fall guys this season for the Super League's determination to retain it's European dimesion, in the shape of Paris. While the French have had every assistance to survive, the importance of having a flagship in a heartland area like West Cumbria has been conveniently forgotten." - Dave hadfield - Independent 25th Augsut 1996.

Egremont match isn't on Premier Sports. The finals are on Premier Sports Extra Channel 430 but programmes don't start until 1.00pm. The Conference Final was never screened when it was covered by Sky either.
