A great fight-back from 26 - 0 to get it back to 26 - 24 then Leigh MR scored in last 2 minutes or so. Well played the Mont.
I remember when .............................
"It is impossible not to feel a twinge of sympathy for Workington Town, the fall guys this season for the Super League's determination to retain it's European dimesion, in the shape of Paris. While the French have had every assistance to survive, the importance of having a flagship in a heartland area like West Cumbria has been conveniently forgotten." - Dave hadfield - Independent 25th Augsut 1996.

I arrived late due to jam on the M62. The score was 26-0 so I saw The Mont win 24-6!!
The Barrow match was dire so mmany simple mistakes it was unreal, either of the Rangers would have given them a game.
To make up with Fev and sheffield exciting and of good quality.
Entirely seperately my local has start a collection of scarves. if anybody is willing to donate an old one will they please send me a personal message or whatever. I'll pay postage as I live in Huddersfield .
