Well done ladies. Some excellent rugby league. What a pity more people weren't there. You played really well. All the best for the final.

Opponents next Sunday for the final confirmed on the official website as Bradford. Trying to get cover at work so I can go and show my support. It would be a fantastic achievement if they can claim the Champions tag to go with the Challenge Cup victory. Hopefully the game will be recorded so anyone who can't make it will be able to get a copy.

What a wonderful marketing tool for getting ladies to either play or watch RL. Fully exploited it could be a winner. Allied to the way kids are being encouraged it could be truly a family occasion.

Incidentally the name Gilmore has been bandied around as going to Cas. Our number 6 is called Gilmore and I understand a relation of his. If he plays half as well as she did then Cas are in for a good season. Think I am a convert to Ladies RL. What a player!
