You are not wrong and the issues the bod have to deal with are huge. That is why we can not carry passengers, everyone of the bod have to work to the maximum of their capacity. The problem is that we are carrying at least 5 board members that are doing sweet FA. That was the reason I left and probably left a hung board with members that actually achieve their goals against people who all the want to do is wear a shirt and tie and call themselves board members...I spent many hours reviewing how to make the board work and presented a new concept only to be shot down by the directors who only take the freebies.. I can name and shame but its no longer my place..all I can say is go before the AGM as I will be there and ask each and every one of you what you have achieved or put into the club. You know who you are and you will be named and shamed........
