Also it is interesting to note that although the expert calculations indicate that when finished it could hold 996 persons, as it is not covered it will not add to the
official Ground Capacity. The official reason is that the Fans will migrate to the covered Stands in bad weather!

Just passing through and noticed this thread - we had a similar situation at Hilton Park. Wasn't really a problem in the Championship as there was enough cover for everyone if it started lashing down, but when we were in Super League there was no movement within the ground and you had a ticket for a specific area ie Chadwick Street End or Tommy Sale Stand. Should the situation arise where you'd think you'd need the extra capacity, you'd just have to sell separate tickets and have separate entrances for the uncovered terrace and the South Stand and obviously have stewards to prevent migration between the two.
