Just bought my tickets for the game in Wrexham. Using the seat choice thingy it looked as if we will have the whole of the Mold road Stand to ourselves.

Have I booked the "wrong" stand or is no one else going?

There are a few of us going in the Mold Road Stand, when I booked the tickets last week I think there were about 50 seats I couldn't choose from!
why dont they just give andy farrell his medal now?- ray french before the challenge cup final 1998

It's like the bad old days - haven't heard or read a single word about tomorrow's match in the mainstream media. :(

On the upside, the BBC will not only be showing the match live, but have scheduled a 1-hour highlights package on Sunday.

"Perhaps it would be better that future criticism of sports be made on the narrow basis of what is being discussed, without reference to other sports, unless those sports offer a solution to the problem in hand." - Brian 'Pigface' Moore

"What happens in rugby union? A player takes the ball, moves forward a little and gets tackled. A whole load of players then roll about on the ground. Pheep! The referee gives a penalty." - Simon Barnes

It is very frustrating, but I wonder whether we need to focus on non-traditional media, as quite clearly we won't get much coverage in newspapers.

It would be interesting to see the amount of mentions etc. on Twitter. Facebook, Online sites etc. We have also had coverage on BBC this morning.

When Wales don't make lots of errors, they look decent.

Really? They look well-coached and are clearly playing their hearts out, but barely a handful are of the required quality, sadly.
Astute analysis from a Wigan fan:

Rumour going around Headingley that Wire will have to play the second half with 12 men.

It seems that they forgot to bring the half time oranges, and Solomona ate Chris Bridge instead.

Don't know why he was hungry, as he looked as though he had eaten the whole youth team before the game started.

I didn't say world beaters mate. Plenty of heart but clearly outclassed.

Super League club season ticket holders can get 2 for 1 tickets for the final.

On the Wire site it states to use the following code War241 when booking tickets, so I assume this is a pretty public offer.

The discount was originally for Rovers pass holders to begin with I think. I was unaware of the promo code as the club, from what I can tell, didn't advertise it themselves. 2 tickets for £12 is awesome value; I'm dragging my brother along.
