For some unknown reason I absolutely love those tiny nose studs on a good looking woman, but tattoos just seem a bit too chavvy somehow.

Just a guess.
On 13/2/2013, Hull City's owners the Allams, released a statement in their position as the owners of the KC Stadium Management Committee. One line in this statement read as follows....
"The SMC's principal responsibility is to remain neutral"

Two daughters have them. eldest son has them, I don't have any and think they are a waste of money and my ex-wife has threeI have never seen a tattoo on a woman and thought it looked nice. I think they look horrible on women.

Agree,my son has one and the missus has one on her shoulder,waste of moneyYou wouldn't decorate your house for it to last a lifetime so why would you do so to your skin. Very odd.

I think they look awful on men and truly disgusting on women. Amy Winehouse looked as if she'd been drawn on by a five year old with felt tip pens.
On a purely practical note, I wonder how many people have missed out on job opportunities because of their 'body art'. Appearance is important in many jobs, and I know of some employers who won't employ people with visible tattoos.

I'm in the minority in that most of my mates have loads of tattoos but I don't have any. But at least they had them when it wasn't quite as trendy and the only people who had them were seen as 'a bit dodgy' or punks or metallers etc. Nowadays my mum has several and so does my old gran: the ACAB one goes down a storm at the social club

I'm affraid I'm old school on tatoos, just the way I was brought up I suppose. Don't really have an opinion one way or another about tatoos on men, but they make women look, well, cheap. Having said that, I have met some absolutely charming women who have tatoos, so shows what I know, so it must be about a first impressions/perception kind of thing. But I still don't know how why a woman would want to disfigure herself it this way.
