These two play in Port Vila, Vanuatu this weekend (Oct 20th). Found a few links about Vanuatu, but not much on Greece.

Apparently Greece won this by either 26-14 or 20-14. Not a great deal of info on this, and the Vanuatu RL website and Facebook pages strangely haven't been updated since Monday.
Found this link from the Wests Tigers website previewing the game, as the Tigers' assistant coach Steve Georgallis is involved with the Greek team. It does confirm this was an Aussie based Greek team, and also claims that Braith Anasta would've qualified to play for them:-

Yes (how did you guess!!!). Apparently he's just got married to a very nice looking lady who appears in Home and Away, and is now on honeymoon in Bali. A poor excuse not to play a RL match if you ask me...

If he had any real commitment he'd have switched his honeymoon to Vanuatu.
