Gateshead Thunder are delighted to reveal their 2013 Home and Away kit designs for the 2013 The Co-operative Championship 1 season.

The kit are once again manufactured by our good friends at Stag Sports and have been approved by the RFL Operations department.

Thunder's traditional 'Rhubarb & Custard' colours dominate the home design but a new White, Pink and Purple design is the basis of Thunder's away kit. Both kits will also incorporate the required League logo and the Try Assist - the name of the RFL Benevolent Fund.

Chief Executive Keith Christie said of the unveiling of the designs:

"We would like to thank Graham Beales and everyone at Stag Sports for their hard work and assistance in the design of our new kits for 2013."

"We were keen to have both the traditional and the new in the designs and we hope that everyone likes them."

"Over the coming weeks, we will be unveiling who we are our main club partners for 2013 and their logos will also be added to the kit design."

Looks good to me, like the fact that the home shirt is "rhubarb and custard", several previous ones the shade of purple has been a bit blue. Not so sure about the pink though...

Looking forward to ordering one, I still follow Thunder even though I don't live in the area anymore.

The white one is the same colour as the buses in Bradford.

I like it. :) :)

That looks like white, pink and rhubarb to me

Stag Sports have been brilliant, and have had stock at the club well before many of the so called 'bigger' suppliers promised in previous years. Absolutely spot on stuff.

London Skolars have been using them longer than Thunder and seem happy enough and I believe Hunslet Hawks are using them this year.

The artist impression was used as it had just been given the OK from the RFL Operations department.

Home kit's a bit Brisbane, Away kit's a bit 'Melbourne away'. Either way, like 'em both. The bar is set!
