I've not read the other case but GMK only hacked into the computers because he wanted to find out if the US had secret UFO files as he was a conspiracy nut. Hardly the same crime as doing the same but having a terrorist motive. What was the other guy's motivation?

If he was only looking for UFO files why did he leave messages condemning US military policy and threaten to continue hacking their systems until they changed it.

It was being made out the other night on PM that "the other guys" only connection to America was unbeknown to him his website (the content of which I've not seen or read about) was briefly held on a server in Connecticut.
