If the book isn't thrown at these tossers, then it is a complete joke, farce and also a laughing stock.

If the punishment isn't severe they should kick off big time. I'll sound like a football fan on Talksport here, but I'm pretty sure they would clamp down heavily if it was England (and rightly so)

I fully expect UEFA to come down like a ton of bricks...
...and disqualify England.
I think you are spot on. The red card will also be upheld.
