As it's coming up to 40 years of winning the championship in 2013,would be nice to know if the club will have something special on for that moment in history,maybe one of our home league games near to the date of that match 40 years ago,got the dvd of the game as i was only one at the time,really do think something needs to be done.

I fully agree, I would suggest a number of events need to take place involving old players.

how about a retro shirt,mugs,repo of the programme
is the old cup available,have it at the ground with the winning colors,photos with it for a couple of quid

If a retro shirt was possible,would be a good idea to put the names of the team on that day on the shirt.

Their are plans in place for next years anniversary of the 1973 championship winning team and hopefully you wont be disappointed.

Have you seen the program Coolie old boy! I certainly am going in the stocks for the afternoon after successful negations were agreed to have BSJ Guillotined at a future Batley game

Me thinks all the above suggestions would be great promotional products for the SQUADBUILDER FUND. Great money raiser. But as GFDU says there is only himself. Ah well.

Is that stocks and suspenders ? Cos I'm pretty sure I'd fetch up the curry if I saw PM pole dancing in such attire.
