It's 90 years old, who has tried it, do you prefer it to Marmite?

I have and I do. Less salty and easier to spread being a paste (comparable to set honey and runny honey).

Vegemite is for people too soft to stomach Marmite. 😜 Give me the proper stuff any day. Marmite with marge on crumpets. Delicious.

I tried it a while back when working in Brussels. I went to buy my lunch and this big bloke, six foot four or so, was serving. I asked him if he spoke English and he smiled and gave me a vegemite sandwich. Very odd.

It wasn't as nice as Bovril.

Was gonna give it a try in a den in Bombay but opted for a curry instead.

Cauliflower is great if it's cooked right.

I think you'll find the devil's food is Celery.

Lies. Celery is fantastic, especially as a base for a pasta sauce.

Vegemite (and Marmite) tastes to me like something's gone mouldy in the bottom of a very old jar. The meat pie floater I had at the Sydney Football Stadium was surprisingly tasty, though.

Cauliflower is only edible when curried, celery is a waste of space and all should abjure the wily sprout.

Prefer UK Marmite to Vegemite. Prefer Vegemite to NZ Marmite. The makers of NZ Marmite have banned the import and sale of UK Marmite into NZ  so I eat Vegemite.
