Yep. Travelling up on my ownsome lonesome, but hoping to meet up with Mick and OF at the ground. You too, if you spot me - I'll be wearing my 2011 Salford shirt, red with white vee. Looking forward to meeting as many TRLers as possible.
edit. Ticket is for the East Stand.
I'll drop OF a text and come for a pint mate. Be good to meet you all

Ticket has just arrived. I can just about squeeze into my old France RL jersey, so if you see that in the Robins Nest (?) that'll be me...asking for a pensioners discount on a pint.
I'll be in there handing out Supporters Trust leaflets with a bloke sporting a 'tashe that looks like Hercule Poirot
As I'm going out straight after I imagine I'll have my Saturday best on.

John - is that one of those with the jazzy laced collars! Give the Tricolores a shout, think they'll need it. Well settled in down on Lincs coast. Allez le Treize.

Obviously meeting up with my good self has been arranged but the meeting with Mr Gledhill will have to take place after the game as he's on his usual commentating gig.Yep. Travelling up on my ownsome lonesome, but hoping to meet up with Mick and OF at the ground.

44th Test Sat. France won only eight I think. Last one 31 years ago.
For me a lot will depend on seven keyplayers.
Elima-Casty-Fakir-Mounis-Baitieri in forwards
Bosc-Duport in the backs.
If this group dont front up think they'll be sunk.
They will all have to play at the top of their game to make it competitive.
Fingers crossed.

Is it the 'paying' bit that didn't ring true?Somehow I'm not convinced of this.

Doubt it. There must be a few near the Equator where it wouldn't be very pleasant if your train was delayed.Thorne North

Aye.Is it the 'paying' bit that didn't ring true?
Edit. Forgot to mention, I managed to get tickets for myself and Roy for £6 each.
The benefits of forking out £235 to be a Hull FC passholder is already reaping it's rewards.

Less than a thousand tickets left apparently.
If this is true, and I've no reason to doubt it, then someone should give the rfl a big on the back for their choice of venue. A full stadium must be a boost for the game.
If this game is close, then next week's game could sell out, too. Happy days.
