Owned by Hull City Council, a lease is held on the stadium by SMC.

It's actually owned by Hull City fans and we're very lucky they allow Hull FC,, and indeed, RL to be played there at all.

On 13/2/2013, Hull City's owners the Allams, released a statement in their position as the owners of the KC Stadium Management Committee. One line in this statement read as follows....

"The SMC's principal responsibility is to remain neutral"

OK thanks so the value is in the lease held by SMC which was owned 50/50 by Hull City and Hull FC YES/NO
So when the previous regime sold out to AP did they sell the rights for SMC 50% to him or is it still owned by Hull FC?

AP doesn't own the SMC.
The SMC is run by the chairman of Hull City, but not owned by them IIRC.

You should put that on the England v France thread.

That would liven it up a bit.

BINGO and i think if you do a bit of undercover research you may find out that the previous regime may have sold out their share to AP much to the anger of the Hull City owner.

Why ask the question when you know the answer :(
