£500k a year......christ!

My take on it would be KH sells Hullf FC to AP/AP says OK i will buy it but as security i want the lease with the stadium management company with me (personal or company owned by me)Deal done then Hull City owner goes mental and threatens to sue AP/AP has to to deal with Hull City owner in climb down/As i say just a gut feeling:))))CM

I wouldn't expect to pay the same rent at Odsal as the KC.

You're obsessed with digging.

You really were present down Cromwell Street all those years ago weren't you?
On 13/2/2013, Hull City's owners the Allams, released a statement in their position as the owners of the KC Stadium Management Committee. One line in this statement read as follows....

"The SMC's principal responsibility is to remain neutral"

I've got a lot of admiration for Adam Pearson.

As for him being too open? Nah! I just wish we had a few more like him who are prepared to tell it like it is.

You may not always agree with him but at least you know where you are with him

But you also know where other clubs are, and tbh that's their business not his.

Pearson asked the RFL to look into the Luke Briscoe saga with a view to getting compensation. He never said Hull would get a big payout as he didn't know what the outcome would be.

Actually, as I recall, he said afterwards that he did know what the outcome would be.

From a commercial perspective - £500k rent per season for a stadium of the calibre of the KC doesn't seem like a bad deal at all.
