How about having an "A" team competition for clubs to enter. That could solve the problem. Oh, hang on a minute.

Well, the junior club says they're in control but the fact is that if they don't do as they're told too often, the agreement ends. ;)

Absolutely Griff. It's alright John Kear saying he's in total control and will only select Giants players if he needs them but there has to be something in it for Huudersfield as well as Batley for the arrangement to work. I've a bad feeling about this particular partnership. JK says he's looked at the Giants squad and is excited by it as he'll have some top liners available to him. That appears to suggest that Huddersfield's priority may well be to provide their SL squad players with game time rather than the youngsters as the system was intended. The integrity of the comp is seriously threatened.

The issue I'd have with that is it would indeed be a fast route to the feeder club.

Sheffield are having to send players to France to get around this! Though also they're setting a feeder club in the Conference South.

The NCL don't allow pro players otherwise they could go to Fev Lions.
