If funding as stopped and the club , whats happening with community development in 2013 at the rams as i think it would be a loss to the club and community if we dont continue this??

Seen on twitter that james is leaving the club before the start of the season, is this because the RFL have stopped funding community development officers or will the club be getting somebody else because james just as a new job??
