I believe the RU club own it. Coventry Bears play there already at first team level so yes.

Makes sense actually after the RU club had a meltdown a couple of years ago.

I think they join in 2014 season. They will take the place Northampton were to have , but pulled out of. It was too short notice for 2013 season ...

I believe the original Coventry RL club way back when played their home games at Butts arena.

I hope they do because Coventry in my opinion is excellent expansion territory, big city 300,000+, struggling football team and a rugby union team that plays in the lower leagues(I think). In fact the whole midlands from Nottingham to Coventry and Birmingham to Leicester is ideal expansion territory.I think they join in 2014 season. Aye, Cov to be added in 2014 after a year's prep
Medway Dragons Wheelchair RL player. Leeds Rhinos, St Albans Centurions and North Hertfordshire Crusaders fan. Also follow (to a lesser extent) Catalans Dragons, London Broncos, South Sydney Rabbitohs, Jacksonville Axemen, Vrchlabi Mad Squirrels, København Black Swans and Featherstone Rovers

Harry Jepson told me in 2011 how he was thrown out of BPA for scouting!! Not in 1911 but probably not long after!!
