Personally think that with the right level of support, including financial, this could be an excellent way to promote the game in previously untapped areas.
Would also think this same approach would work in places like the USA with the right level of funding and targeting of strategic areas and demographics.
What do others think?

I think the Education sector Further and Higher are the right people to be engaging and working with.
