ROUND 12
Saturday, Jun 1
Rabbitohs vs. Knights ANZ Stadium (FOX) 7:30pm

ROUND 13
Sunday, Jun 9
Storm vs. SharksAAMI Park (FOX) 6:30pm

Should hopefully be at these two.

Ooh, is Bedsy still playing for Newcastle?
I'm hoping for a Leeds win against the Storm in the WCC so I can then go to AAMI Park in my Rhinos shirt!

Do the clubs have a say in who they play once or twice? I only say this as,being a Warriors supporter,I see they only play the Dragons once, yet again, and once more it`s at WIN Stadium in the final game. I just hope we don`t have to win to get into the top four or eight, because I can`t remember the last time the Warriors beat St.George and with the Warriors` dismal record of having to win vital games,it makes me wonder why they didn`t insist on playing them in Auckland?

I don't think clubs as a whole get much of a say in it at all, Big wigs at certain clubs that have influence within the NRL no doubt get catered for.

Over 31 weeks of the 2013 NRL Premiership, matches will be played across the country from the traditional home grounds and other capital cities including Darwin and Perth to regional areas including Mudgee and Mackay.
NRL General Manager of Football Operations, Mr Nathan McGuirk, said: “We are all very excited about this draw which better assists fans to make plans for much of the season for the first time.

“Our Club Season Structure Committee (which includes representatives from the Dragons, Bulldogs, Wests Tigers and Broncos), broadcasters and NRL Marketing and Football Operations departments have agreed upon a thrilling spread of matches that enables clubs to maximise crowds and promotional opportunities.

In my preferred league system team plays every other team home and away once.
Leagues should be built on that premise.
With a league of 16 teams though that's realistically impossible - 30 league games a season would be just too much especially when you factor in the play-off games for top eight sides.
Presumably then this committee meets and decisions are made with 'marketing opportunities' in their minds.
