Am to old to bother about being ticked of mate,if adam says he is signing for town that is good enough for me mate.I am aware that giving out information on signings is not the norm, but if adam says he is then thats alright by me.I wil, take the flack if it comes,at least they cannot shoot me but they might ban me for a season haha.

Engine room is a top championship one now , and that's a big part of your equation . Game winning halves is the other.

Just read Adam's twitter and he definitely says he's signed for Town and it looks like another great signing by the board. Our pack for next season is certainly looking very strong. Welcome back to Town Adam.

I remember when .............................

"It is impossible not to feel a twinge of sympathy for Workington Town, the fall guys this season for the Super League's determination to retain it's European dimension, in the shape of Paris. While the French have had every assistance to survive, the importance of having a flagship in a heartland area like West Cumbria has been conveniently forgotten." - Dave Hadfield - Independent 25th August 1996.

Showed up well for Salford v Wigan and is definitely a SL squad prop . Top top signing , could easy argue he's our top starting prop ... Great if they could weedle Annakin back to play at the back of this pack !

Looks like the deluded ones are starting to get worried. Town are signing the best of the local talent and some good youngsters that have been on the fringes of Superleague, whereas Haven are busy signing journeymen from out of the county that will only be signing for the cash.

Not just them , there's quite a few teams who can't best our pack the way it's going . Bit more strength in depth to add behind it and we can look forward with optimism.

i think barrow should be more worried than anybody. imagine a front row battle between butler and whitehead vs thackeray and dowes. lets be honest were not going to beat the top 4-6 teams. but we should be aiming to beat the rest especially up here. our packs looking tasty, we need to add backs now and i would still like to see a specialist loose forward come in. if we cant get a good ball playing one then a proper work horse would do.

To me Lupton is a specialist loose forward , and lets not forget , a quality one . And a ball playing one giving a third pivot . I hope they play him there where he's more comfortable . We do need another though agreed to give dual cover in every position if Olstrum is Mattys cover . A tackler / worker one would have all bases covered with Lupton the footballer . Yep hopefully they're eyeing back and half strike to take advantage of the packs grunt now . It's all coming together nicely , BOD just great again . Couple more top amateurs in that mix to would be nice . And maybe outside Fev and Fax I wouldn't rule out us beating anyone here , whatever league standing they have . We often produce top shows v top teams .

yeah they're conceeding we are assembling a good pack but then mock our backs and call them average. we do need some halves i suppose. its funny how one off them is saying they have signed "internationals" lol. Also seems the jampot fans are also relying a lot on the saints link to come up trumps. gulible is'nt in it lol.

Great signing this if it happens, looked a hell of a player. As for the jambos link up with saints, you can't blame them for getting excited. I mean, the link up with Leeds saw them getting great players from them. Like erm thingy....and erm....that other fella....and you know, fella ma bob.....

Hope you are wrong Wonks mate but unfortunately for us I think you are right. If Mike plays regularly we are in big trouble
