I would be suprised if the games were evening kos in Cardiff, which would make it very difficult for the bulk of supporters who , lets be honest, are going to be from the North, to get to the games. I suspect we're looking at the opening games and ceremony being on the Beeb with the games kicking off at something like 2.30 and 4.30, and the final on Sky with an early evening ko.

I think you will be surprised on the crowd and the supporters from the City, I think the England V Australia will be the first game

Not a bad start at Limerick. What is the ground's capacity?

Yakstorm: do you have any concise sales updates for the opening game, Wembley and/or other matches? Thanks

It is, as reported in RLWorld in the Bondi Beat section. They've swapped the games round to suit Australian TV, which to me suggests an afternoon kick off which would be late night in Aus.

Looks like the bottom tiers of the Eric Roberts Stand and Yale Stand are sold out for the Wales v USA Game, Looks like the St Davids Day celebrations with the trophy and the school tours are showing their worth.

Well, I'll be there with my wife waving her stars and stripes and me trying to be neutral. I was here at the last 4 nations for Wwales v Australia and it's a cracking little stadium, just big enough for Wales at this stage of their re emergence onto the RL world stage.

Am about to get 10 for Limerick, so there'll be a few fewer gaps.

The Aussies might bring a few over. They usually have a few tour groups and many of them have heritage links to Ireland. I think anything above 5,000 for this fixture could be considered a success.

I think you'll find that they're just not on sale as yet. They were unavailable when I bought mine when they first went on sale.

If you pick 'Best Available' it is now selling into the Yale Stand. Just on the Wrexham game, what is everyone deeming a 'pass mark' crowd for the venue? Of the six internationals played at Wrexham since 2000, the average international crowd has been 4,178, with the highest crowd being vs England in 2001 (6,373) and the lowest being against France last year of 1,464.

Wrexham Crowds:
2000: Vs Cook Islands - 5,016
2001: Vs England - 6,373
2010: Vs Italy - 2,971
2011: Vs Australia - 5,233
2012: Vs France - 1,464
2012: Vs England - 4,014

Around 26,000 - seem to think it's the biggest of the pool stage venues, other than the Millennium Stadium.
disques vogue

The club where Eurovision isn't a dirty word. A waltz through the leopard skin lined world of Tom Jones, Bert Kampfert and Burt Bacharach. Step out to the sound of the happy hammond and swing to the seductive sounds of the samba.

DJ's, raffles, cocktails and wide collars. Please dress smart. Gentlemen might like to wear a suit.

Same price. Same music. Same rubbish prizes.

I'm going back to September, when they first went on sale. At the time only the Mold Road stand was available for the USA game so I'm wondering if it's now sold out (please!) and they've started opening the rest of the ground. If that's the case then it could be as much as 4.5k for the USA game, the quarter final will depend on who's playing and may well ride on whether Wales are one of the teams.

Encouraging to see that even more seats at Millennium have been put on sale. Category 7 tickets in the South Stand on the upper level are now available.

Also great to see there aren't many bays left for the Final which aren't on sale to the public. This game must surely be starting to approach the 40K mark.
