Nice to see a change from the generic piffle usually asked by journalists.
Some good questions and quite grounded answers that ooze positivity, desire and enthusiasm.

A good read nice to see Tom and the club doing this sort of thing , very professional answers from Glenn.
Homer: How is education supposed to make me feel smarter? Besides, every time I learn something new, it pushes some old stuff out of my brain. Remember when I took that home winemaking course, and I forgot how to drive?

Thought right from the outset the guy had class and professional stamped all over him. His style also makes him media friendly, which could be a nice little sideline for him. Lets hope he can infuse those attributes into the team. There was a small conflict in his answers though, in that in replying to one question, he was confident the under 20 kids could make the step up to the championship, but in answering another question, stipulated how difficult it was for kids to make the step up to the next level under the current system. I have to assume he was talking about SL in his second reply.

Superleague and championship are 2 different standards, but the standard of the championship is obviously higher than the standard of the under20s. I presume thats what hes saying..
