Predictions for the future -
Crusaders RL to get a franchise for 2012 onwards -WRONG
Widnes Vikings also to get a franchise - RIGHT
Crusaders RL to do the double over Widnes and finish five places ahead of them -WRONG
Widnes Vikings NOT to dominate rugby league in years to come! STILL TO COME

As we keep hearing sponsorships are not easy to come by at the moment. Featherstone should be congratulated for bringing the Fosters brand into RL.

"Rugby League is rugby in the simplest form in the sense that it's about great defence, great tackling technique, good handling, good passing, catching and great kicking."

Great effort, but they could have at least spelt the sponsors name right throughout the article. I counted at least 3 different spellings!
Nottingham Outlaws Rugby League
Harry Jepson Winners 2008
RLC Midlands Premier Champions 2006 & 2008
East Midlands Challenge Cup Winners 2005, 2006, 2007 & 2008
Rotterdam International 9's Cup Winners 2005
RLC North Midlands Champions 2003 & 2004

No, no, no. This can't be right. It must be a hoax. Everyone knows that rich investors and big sponsors don't have anything to do with CC teams and here are Rovers claiming they have both in the form of Probiz and Fosters/Heineken. I must be hallucinating.

Oh no and their is another big sponsor to be announced early next week. Like you say keighley this can't be right according to some posts on some of the threads. Well I'm afraid it is right.

Can someone explain to me why 'Championship' is shortened to CC? I see it all the time on here and I find it bemusing.

Anyway, good stuff for Featherstone.

I can confirm 30+ less sales for Scotland vs Italy at Workington, after this afternoons test purchase for the Tonga match, £7.50 is extremely reasonable, however a £2.50 'delivery' fee for a walk in purchase is beyond taking the mickey, good luck with that, it's cheaper on the telly.

Its easier to type as well!!
As long as we make the distinction between CC (Championship) and CC (Challenge Cup)

Well if they'd called the leagues Championship 1 and Championship 2 instead, initials would have been easier to understand!
