Next year is the 20th anniversary of Woolston Rovers winning the inaugural NCL and the 10th Anniversary of Warrington Woolston Rovers winning the inaugural NL3 (as was).

They have had the AGM and have linked! Juniors to be known as Woolston Rovers Wizards in acknowledgement of the link up. We'll have loads of little Wizards on the pitch come March - magic!

Heard of a friend that the open age not carrying on with Wizards name, any truth in that? Seems funny when Wizards have qaulity and played well in their existence and Woolston have struggled in their respective decision. The ideal scenario would of been for me, to make both sets of lads feel welcome and incorporate both names like the juniors have. Only heard off a friend Milly so could be a load of rubbish but thought I would ask.

Will what's been discusses in meeting be common knowledge or not?
