Anyone know how to contact the awful RLWC ticket website.

Just purchased a load of tickets and they somehow have an old address of mine from 5 years ago.

I have tried to email them to change it but the e-mail keeps bouncing back.

Can't find a phone number or anywhere to update your details on the site.

Not the easiest site to natvigate and no idea how to log into 'my account' when I can't find the link to it.

To be honest it's a perfectly simple website, so not sure where your issues lie.

I've just logged in and clicked on my account where you can change all of your details.

Have to agree, we had to update our stuff and it was straight forward. Theres a link to my account at the top and a link to contact at the bottom of the main ticket page and on every page for the each game.

To the op: Are you using https://www.eticketi...wc/default.aspx or another website?

When I used the link you stated, it was fine, could alter my details etc. When you go direct to the RLWC site, you can't. Weird. Still, got my 4 matches lined up now so very happy.
