Been told they are staying in division 2

Did Crosfields and Featherstone Lions not appeal their demotions?

Apparently not. They accepted the decision handed out.

Crosfields decided not to appeal. After the disciplinary hearing we were expecting demotion due to the newly formed Division Three, its quite clear in the rules that if you don't fulfill a fixture this would be the outcome.

NCL have handled this like any other with consistency, as soon as they back down from this stance it may become a free for all in the league

Yeah the RLC allowed unlimited number of unfulfilled fixtures in the lower divisions and didn't punish you until you'd forfeited 3 games at a national level so it ended up a nightmare. They actually made clubs replay games as well
