We'll see.Good pedigree,so hopefully the couple of occasions we saw him on telly for barra were just off nights. Rooney was very dominant so certainly be interesting to see his role and strengths in regard to who plays alongside him .

BBC Cumbria Sport, whose RL correspondent is a certain Mr Cox, must have been reading the Haven forum and named the individual that is named on their forum. They have edged their bets by saying that the named player "is set" to be signed by Workington Town. I wonder if they will have an interview with him on audiobooo?
Whilst Town fans on here are told off for naming players before they are signed in case the signing fails to materialise through being named, it seems that BBCRC can get away with it. I have noted though that not once in all the coverage of Haven being about to sign 2 PNG props have they named them and yet the names of Rodney Pora & Gonzella Urakusie are named on the Haven forum. Now why is that?

I remember when .............................
"It is impossible not to feel a twinge of sympathy for Workington Town, the fall guys this season for the Super League's determination to retain it's European dimesion, in the shape of Paris. While the French have had every assistance to survive, the importance of having a flagship in a heartland area like West Cumbria has been conveniently forgotten." - Dave hadfield - Independent 25th Augsut 1996.
