Football star Alessandro del Piero meets The Count.

"When asked to do a video for support of the Italian League side he launched into a non-scripted message in Italian, which will be screened to millions throughout Europe.

He arranged for it to go on his own Facebook page, which has three million hits regularly.

Incredibly, about the ONLY publicity for RLWC 2013 that I've seen in Sydney newspapers is for the Italian RL side !

They're back in - along with flares and Hawaiian shirts!

I actually sit right next to all the RL reporters, funnily enough. (I was recently moved; we have had so many redundancies they are now squashing us all together in a tiny space. if I get made redundant in 2013 then I reckon I,m a good chance to see 2013 RLWC live!
