Good idea Gary but personally I would rather see the bar closed during the course of the meetings.

I agree Michael. I wouldnt want to be serving through the meeting. People could buy drinks before an after. I remember last year after the AGM a lot of people went out afterwards and before. Half of that money would be great for the club.

How many people are we talking about for the AGM. If its only about 50, we could easily accomodate them in the bar. If its more, I'll put a speaker outside in the ground so people know whats going on. I'm sorry if I'm going on about this but to waste money on the Lisdoonie is daft. If we got the Lisdoonie for nothing, I appologise.

This is a bit confusing again ?

I hope there will be a really good turn out again and not a very poor attendance as has happened at AGMs in years prior to last year.

It is the debenture holders opportunity to receive a copy of the accounts and although the figures are somewhat historical we should be able to receive some very valuable information on future plans,finances etc.

Just wanted to say that the BOD were very professional in my opinion tonight. They answered every question openly and honestly.

I must agree that Keith Holt and David Sharp answered all questions profesionaly even the ones that never got a clear answer, Dave you should be a polotician

It must have been very embarasing for Eric wood to be asked a question on Grants only to answer that he is NOT the Grants Director ! Can the Web site be updated please as Eric has been advertised as the Grants Director for the past year ?

Can a member of the BoD confirm (when the BoD has discused the matter further) if an EGM is to be held over the Article of Association debate and the question on votes/debentures/rules

So what does Eric actually do? After all that is why Eric wanted on the BoD... Also who is the grants one?
