Eh?Lets see how magnificent Adam Pearson is.
If this were to happen, and it's obviously not going to, the only organisation with any concern would be Hull City Council, who own the stadium.
Allam's been threatening this ever since throwing his toys out of the pram when the Council wouldn't sell him the stadium.
He had the Hull Daily Mail give him a front page publicity shot of him and his son out at Melton, west of Hull, holding some plans allegedly of a new stadium, Looked impressive until someone had a closer look at the plans and noticed they were the plans from when the KC was built.

He wanted the KC Stadium GIVEN to him for free in return for building this complex (which would result in also moving Hull Fair). It's just not going to happen. Neither is Melton.
If he wants the stadium, his best bet is to buy it off the council for a fair price, of which the council could use to build Hull a new stadium (if they have to move) and update Rovers' ground further. Everybody wins then.

People wonder why RL struggles to gain outside financial investment.Only in Rugby League would a fan take so much glee from this! It's as if some fans want to see clubs struggle!

It's all a bit murky and messy but as RL fans I think we should all want the KC exclusively for our game and it's absolutely tailor made for high profile, high octane RL games drawing 20K fans. Let City attempt to fill a 40K stadium with their piddly little glass ceiling outfit if they see fit. Good luck to 'em.

See my post on the relationship between the 2 a few weeks ago when Allam went mental regarding what the previous Hull FC regime did with the rights to the lease when they sold the club.

CM your reading into something that is not there.Mr Allam has no influence over the stadium owners whatsoever. If he moves city out of the KC it has no bearing on FC at all. See previous posts about similar headlines when the Council wouldn't sell him the stadium. I assume you don't live in Hull because if you did you would see the headline grabbing statement for what it is.

If city move out, surely it'll have a massive effect on FC. Wouldn't the council need to put the rent up??
One club playing 15 games a season versus
At present 45 ish games a year are played at the KC !! The council would need other revenue streams
Otherwise god help your concil tax and FFS the away fans!!

As i said way back have a dig you will be amazed what you find, AP sounds like a decent bloke Allam sounds like a egotistical fruit:)My take on it would be that there was something that went on to do with the stadium that had AP over a barrel with Allam and maybe a pay off had to be made.CMCM your reading into something that is not there.Mr Allam has no influence over the stadium owners whatsoever.
